Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to LOVE your Coco and Ginger pieces as much as we do, and will gladly exchange or credit note any purchase if you have received incorrect goods, or faulty items. Any requests for exchange must be made within 10 working days of receiving an item vial email to firstname.lastname@example.org. All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached, in the same condition that they were received. Please note any pieces from our Cove Swimwear collection must be returned with both the tags and hygiene strip in place. If these have been removed the return will not be accepted. We do not offer refunds, exchange, or credit notes on any purchases should customers have a change of heart. We ensure that all items are displayed accurately to guarantee that each piece from each collection is an entirely accurate representation of the item. Should you have any questions about colors, style or cut we are always happy to answer any questions in advance prior to purchase.

We have an extremely comprehensive size guide on our website, and supply all of our measurements for girls, boys, babies, tweens and ladies on our website to ensure all of our items are true to size. We use a large selection of fit models to ensure that items are correctly sized, and fit on body as per size. We do not offer returns or exchanges on items that are the incorrect size and strongly recommend prior to purchasing you click onto our size guide to ensure the best fit of our pieces.
Coco and Ginger is renown for beautiful pieces of the highest quality. Each individual piece from all of past and current collections passes through numerous quality checkpoints. If an item you received is not in perfect condition, then we want to fix this for you immediately. We will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law and Fair trading legislation which may include replacing the item if the stock is available, applying a store credit, or issuing a refund upon receiving your faulty item back.

In accordance to Australian Consumer Law and current Fair Trading Legislation, the individual/customer is responsible for any associated shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items, HOWEVER if you have been sent an incorrect or faulty item we will gladly incur the cost of returning this item to us to replace for you. Please email email@example.com so that this can be organised for you should the instance arise.
Please note: Subject to our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law and current Fair Trading legislation, international returns cannot be accepted where the value of the items being returned in one shipment is over $1000. Please ship the items separately as we are not responsible to pay duties to receive the goods. If there is a charge it may be deducted from your final refund.
Upon receipt of any incorrect or faulty items, they will be checked to make sure they comply with the conditions above, and once approved you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. If you paid with a gift voucher, you will be refunded to that same gift voucher and will be able to re-use the original unique code towards your next purchase.
We endeavor to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund once finalised. We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. We are not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
