If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact sales@cocoandginger.com within 10 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you. We will not be held responsible for finding lost orders and cannot exchange goods for any reason after this period.
Please ensure that your shipping details are filled in correctly and completely. Coco and Ginger will not be held responsible for any lost or missing orders resulting from an incomplete or incorrect shipping address being supplied.
